January thaw, reflected

We had a nice walk on some of the town conservation trails this afternoon. It was a 'January thaw' to be taken advantage of since there is snow in the forecast for early next week. One of our friends is here with us for the weekend, and we've had a really nice day. We ending our woods walk with a trip to the movies( The Post...excellent) and a quick Thai Curry soup for dinner.

This day came in with warming temperatures and a brisk wind.
