Crazy times

There are certainly turbulent times in Spain these days. And especially so in Catalonia where we live and where the independentists are callling for their indepencene from Spain. Many show their allegiances by hanging a flag from their balconies. In this case there is a lonely Catalan flag hanging outside this apartment building. This particular flag with the star on top is the one for Catalonia an independant state.

On the other hand, in many other places we are starting to see the Spanish flag appearing together with the Catalan one . This means that the persons sees being Catalan and Spanish as something perfectly compatible. I will see if I can find a good shot to illustrate this. Anyway, these are crazy times, no doubt about that.
