Birds are saying....

Spring is coming and winter will end! They were very active and noisy near the lochan this morning, Great, Coal (pictured), Crested Tits, Bullfinches, Buzzards, Goldeneye and feather remains evidence of Wigeon. The fact that these had been caught, consumed and  plucked led me to believe that the Sea Eagles had been around too! 
The ski area is visible from this location and there were skiers already on the slopes, which were well covered.
The Coastguard Rescue helicopter went over heading towards Lochnagar where a man has been missing for two nights now.
