Elgin plaque

This piece of history sits on a wall of a narrow street in Elgin town centre. People were scuttling past to buy sandwiches and chips when we walked past at lunchtime. The motto Stand Fast is that of Clan Grant . The rest of the text seems to be Have a you -which I can't make sense of. The date is 1776. I'm going to see what I can find out about this so if anyone can help... please let me know.
