Dreich on the canal

Lazy Sunday as it is horrible outside. KK out with his mates and teenager off to the pool with her friends for a swim. Hubby and I went for a walk in the rain along the canal. I took a number of wet misty shots. This is one of the lock gates to the west of Cairnbaan and I liked it best in mono as there was not much colour around today.
Tonight I am off out to book club where we have been reading "The Comet Seekers" by Helen Sedgewick. A very gentle book about ghosts that I liked, I shall give it  8 out of 10.
