Robin

The day was quite pleasant this morning. I walked into Stratford via Shottery Fields and met Ann for a coffee in Nero.

This afternoon we settled down to watch the Federer - Cilic final in the Australian Open, a bit of a one-sided match, though that was not surprising. I realised I hadn't taken any pictures today so took the telephoto into the garden to do a spot of bird watching. There was a group of starlings flitting from tree to tree, a pigeon dozing on a branch and a robin singing at the top of our quince tree. I know I've blipped robins, possibly even this one, before but it makes for a nice picture.
