Gimme Shelter

No such luck today as it poured down from dawn to dusk.

Still, it was worth the wet feet to secure some tickets to the Chili Cook-Off this Saturday, and lucky I made the trip as they were very few remaining. Here's the deal: ten venues in and around Tolcross have taken up the challenge from Lupe Pintos to produce the best chilli. Tickets allow you to take part as taster and judge with all proceeds going to charity - can't say fairer than that really. Should be a tasty afternoon.

Back to today. Mr Morris did us proud and put on a good show of AE knowledge that certainly helped my understanding of where we/the government/others are at. A few (ahem) questions later, and I think we really got somewhere with the nitty gritty if it all. I didn't say it'd be fun, but it was very useful.

Outside of that, the picture shows my view for the rest of the day.
