A nice long walk over Gedling Country Park to drop the dogs off in Lambley, where they'll be weekending whilst we have a couple of days in 'The Smoke.' Then back with the camera. And I'd already been down to Carlton and back for my Friday Mile in the pool. Don't worry, I took it easy in the afternoon...
