The most expensive marmalade in Switzerland!

Seville oranges aren’t easy to come by, and I found them only in two most expensive food halls, and ended up getting them in the Basel equivalent of Harvey Nichols! I also hadn’t shipped by preserving pan over, nor the jam funnel or thermometer, so it was very experimental. The apartment now smells wonderful... oh, and I decanted my sloe gin too.
