Greats

Lovely lunch with the paternal rellies, as Great Uncle R and Great Aunt E are in town. Also at lunch were Granny and Grandpa, and Uncle N and Uncle K. CyclopsJnr had Sunday roast, and of course another babycinno. Which he spontaneously ordered for himself!

He has a dreadful cough, so we took him home for a nap.

Afterwards we went to Waterstones to spend a voucher that maternal rellies Great Auntie E and Great Uncle J sent for Christmas. We've decided to buy one book at a time, on occasional quiet weekends until it is spent, for a lovely ongoing treat. CyclopsJnr had a look at various books, then he noticed 'Shark in the Park' (which we recently saw adapted into a musical extravganza) and we knew it was the one. CyclopsJnr was delighted.

We then came home and all three played a new shopping list game that A gave CyclopsJnr on Friday. Amazing to do this. A game played all the way through where we all understood the rules and all genuinely participated. Look forward to more of that.
