Bruck at Atween da Punds
A fine day, breezy but plenty of sunny spells. There's been the odd shower after tea.
A great night out last night, and slept well this morning. Popped along big Brian and Madeline, and a team of us headed out to help Brian move a massive oil tank. We were rewarded with a cuppa and sandwich after the work. I headed down the road in the afternoon, mam was out, but headed over to see friends Douglas and Iris. It's been a quiet evening at home, more walkies with Sammy, and the telly on.
While I was down the road, I made myself busy by doing two beach cleans. I started just below mam's, and gathered a full bag, and the another when I was at Douglas and Iris'. Today I gathered so much ropes, plenty more tiny bits of plastics and 50 plastic bottles. That's five full bags gathered since I started, and starting to feel like I'm making a peerie bit of difference. There is so much plastic, I'll be back here time and time again. This a a pile of rubbish gathered at Atween da Punds beach, Anness, Cunningsburgh.
