Sunset

We start getting some lovely sunsets around this time of year and tonight's was a good example. 

A fab morning watching nervously as Roger Federer (my favourite player) won the Australian Open in 5 keenly fought sets and gained his 20th grand slam singles title. That's a record in the men's game, and is even more astonishing when you realise that Rafa Nadal is next on the list - goodness knows how many he'd have won otherwise. He is amazing to watch and is definitely the Greatest of All Time. 

Also did the Big Garden Birdwatch this morning........2 fat pigeons and a blackbird! Where do they all go to when the birdwatch is on???

Tip No.13  If you don't want to feel - and look - a dutiful, weary wreck when your husband arrives home, make an opportunity sometime during the afternoon to sit with your feet up and relax completely for half-an-hour. Even 10 minutes is better than nothing.
