Stuffed

The clearing out to tidying up phase continues at home. Family visited 4 charity shops. Not everything accepted so a further trip to tip made.

Cupboards being emptied and contents redistributed.

And then after the hospital visit a few hours on office work.

I don’t usually photograph food but one of the casualties of the clear out was my large marrow from last year. If I don’t blip it today it will be gone forever.

Sausage meat stuffing; finely chopped carrot and celery a hint of chilli oil, coated in smoked and ordinary cheddar.

Guess what we are having for dinner tomorrow!
