~Rough~

Today not much better than yesterday.
I texted the landlord and told her I would sign the lease. She responded with I am raising the rent. It seems like she asks for something and I deliver then she asks yet for something else. So far I have jumped each time she said jump. Tomorrow I will agree to the rent increase and offer to pay the 6 months in advance. If she has more demands I might just have to bow out.
