Southbourne’s unique latest addition: “TERROIR TAPAS An eco-aware global tapas bar with a big nod to doing what we can to eliminate waste, chemicals and unnecessary carbon trails. It’s all about preserving & enhancing what we have on earth”.

Limited ambitious blackboard menu, ever changing according to seasonable availability. This week “Asian Raw Sirloin Beef, Fermented Fava Beans, Pickled Daikon, Sesame, Smoked Shimeji Mushrooms ....etc”

Not for everyone, but can’t wait to return. They have another highly respected respected ‘proper’ restaurant opposite. Hopefully this new venue does equally well
