The White Houses, Aylesford

Managed to fill my day up in the end. An early one-armed run this morning (it's still a bit of a problem to swing my left arm without it really aching), read a bit more of my book (it's a William Boyd - I've read over 200 pages but I'm still not sure about it!), went to the pub for a pint (my drinking arm is unaffected!) and did a bit more of my website (bgwatt.com) which I'm sort of, beginning to get my head round.
The only strange thing over the past few days is that my collar bone is clicking away, sometimes quite strongly - I'm just hoping this is a good sign! I think if I was working at a desk job I would may be back at work but my job does involve moving heavy camera and lighting equipment and works of art and I'm still worried that my shoulder is not going to be strong enough. No word from the specialist I saw for about a minute and a half three weeks ago so I think I may need to go and see my doctor.
