Chinese duck in lettuce with brown rice

Another set of three meals delivered today and just cooked the first of them. Very tasty and the duck was lovely. under 30 minutes to cook.

So apart from and a bit if online work been a quiet day which suits me. Dental work tomorrow never nice. But that is tomorrow!
