Back Down the Street
As I walked along to my outpatients clinic at Katoomba this morning I turned around and took this looking whence I'd come. I must admit I didn't spend much thought on it, and consequently the aperture was probably too big, with consequently too shallow a depth of field. I really didn't like it much. Just because, however, I did a B&W conversion - and then I liked it.
You might be able to see, especially in large, an odd set of disappearing power lines overhead. They even disappear in the colour version; I really did blow out the sky, didn't I? :-/
Today was a busy busy one, but most satisfying - particularly for starting the day with a patient who had been really ill when I first saw them, and who has got rather thoroughly better. It really does make it all worthwhile to see someone so well, and so pleased.
Wife-of-tsuken also had a very satisfying morning, succeeding in increasing her weight on the leg press at the gym to 240kg (537lb)! Ermahgerd, Wehnder Wehmern. O_O
She reckons I'm gonna start calling her Shulkie. ... But I wouldn't dare. xP
