Dark depths...

We were lucky enough to catch some snapper on Sunday and Teach smoked a couple.  This one is waiting for me to make a smoked fish pie for dinner one night this week.

Day one of school down...teacher only day so a nice easy way to ease back into the routine.  Course confirmation tomorrow, then students on the Thursday.
