Why did I go to work today? I feel absolutely dreadful. One flight of stairs at the tube station had me gasping to catch my breath.
I went out to the chemist for cough medicine and then got caught in a downpour on the way back. I sheltered in the cemetery.
In bed before 9 pm today.
