Poinsettia

A couple of very heavy downpours again this morning, but generally a much better day with blue sky and sunshine...managed to shelter in a couple of the touristy shops and tried a vegetarian restaurant for lunch. I went for the mixed platter, but to be honest, and sorry to vegetarians, but it was all pretty bland and tasteless, very disappointing.
There are a lot of poinsettias growing wild everywhere, some of the leaf bracts are bigger than my hand......have shot a close up of one for today's challenge, not in the theme of "dark" I'm afraid :) Thanks to Thisislife for hosting this month:)
