Mum’s snowdrops

She loved these plump double snowdrops.

Several times she gave me clumps to plant out and they never took root. After she died, I was clearing a section of my garden in Handsworth Wood and I found three clumps, hiding. I really cherished them.

When I moved back to Staffordshire, of course, they came with me. She would be so pleased.
