Which to choose?

The guy besides her looks a little worried...

The style of drawing reminds me of my attic bedroom when i was a small child. There was gas lighting in the rest of the farm, but none in my dusty attic bedroom. I had a candle in one of those traditional candle holders. And while it was dark I rummaged among all the boxes and boxes of old and ancient books. There were so many of them.

Night after night i would look through these books and the pictures in them. Some of them went back to the early 1800’s. Some were around the First World War and cartoons around that time. And some were comic books/annuals from the 1940’s.

I couldnt read then. But i wandered for hours in my imagination with all those pictures.
