Uncle Harry's Carvings

As described in cousin TBay's blip of 2 days ago where she showed the carving her father made her as a child, my blip today is one her father did years ago. This is carved from a horn and shows a sheep herder with his flock and is the exquisite handle on a walking cane. We were so lucky to receive this gift from my hubby's favorite Uncle Harry in 1991 when we were visiting - it is a prized possession! My photos do not do it justice. Typical Monday workday although i was on my own for the evening. I snoozed through the news then perked up to practice an hour of barre.
