Taken near the end of my urban safari today. A and I walked from our home seven miles through Gosforth, Jesmond Dene and down the Ouseburn via Armstrong and Heaton Parks.

I'm suffering slightly from the effects of food posioning after inadvertently eating a small amount of under cooked chicken wings, shame of you Frankie and Bennys.

Tomorrow I'm off to London to take part in a protest march against privatising public sector working, the March is on Saturday, you can expect a blip during it.
