Vegan Polenta Cake With Mushrooms and Salad
Rather easy to prepare yet delicious vegan meal. Baked in the oven for about 25min polenta cake was decorated with fried mushrooms, garlic, carrots and zucchini. Tomato salad with red onion was a great addition. I introduced fresh coriander. My family said it is too strong taste and parsley might have been a better choice.
