We met the Rooster...

...heading back from Lidl last night as we headed out with the Weim.

He had two bunches of flowers in his hand and a carrier bag full of junk food that he’d bought with his allowance!

As we passed him I confirmed with him that they had been giving the flowers away feee. He indicated they had been:-)

As we carried on I said to MrR that that made me happier...the Rooster buying two bunches of flowers would have been rather disconcerting. I’d have wondered what he had been up to! Poor Rooster.

Anyway, didn’t get them into vases until this evening. They look none the worse for their day in the utility room sink and are a nice wee bit of colour.

Grateful for the Roosters shopping spree that also provided these lovely wee blooms.
