BMW C1

Do you ever have one of those days when you see something and think it would be a good idea to buy one?

Well, it happened to me with this BMW C1 scooter. It belonged to a friend of mine and when he told me he was selling it a little demon in my head said buy it, even though it was 50 years since I was last on a motorbike.

So, I bought it, did my CBT bike course, and started riding it. All went well until I came off one wet day. Or rather, I didn't as I was strapped in, so just left looking silly on the grass verge.

That was it. The bike went and all I have now is the model in the photo.
