Cannock Chase 10K
We don't really run together very often so today made a nice change to do the same race (for only the 2nd time?) Louisa had already entered and it was one of the GP races for me.
A baking hot day made it quite a tough race so we had a nice relaxing afternoon back in Stafford just lounging in Victoria Park with a picnic.
