It's too cold to go out

She looks like I feel this morning. But she did go for a walk and it was bitterly cold. 
I have a stiff neck and shoulder, woke up with it Saturday morning, I think the cause was sharpening too many coloured pencils at Friday Feeling for the kids, it doesn't take much to start my muscles and limbs aching. It's blooming painful too. Cleaning on Saturday morning didn't help either.
