Thursday: Waiting For The Conference To Start

I was at a conference this morning on access to justice for women in post-conflict societies.  This is still an issue here and the largest portion of war crimes that have not yet been brought to trial relate to crimes against women during the Homeland War.  There is still much to be done, and progress is slow.
