Selfish - really, really selfish parking.

The dipped kerb here is the ONLY place where my wife (who uses a powered wheelchair) can cross this street. And this person has totally blocked it with their car. Now my wife has to go about two hundred yards down the road to find another dipped kerb, here she will have to go into the road and come back about 50 yards in the road in order to find a dip on the other side.

DON’T BLOCK DIPPED KERBS !!
