Wild Wednesday ....

I have had an interesting day! 

I was to work today from 9am - 2pm ... but I arrived a little early at 8:30 due to the fact that I was up earlier than usual because I wanted to check out the Super Blood Blue Moon.  Unfortunately, all I saw of it was as it set behind the trees! And since we live on the East coast the lunar eclipse wasn't all that visible for us. 

Since I was up early anyway I decided to go into work early.  That's when my day got more interesting!  As soon as I walked in the door my manager (she's a good friend of mine as well!) said that our internet was down!!  Well, everything we do is internet based ..... and I mean EVERYTHING!  The only thing I was able to do was answer the phone .... which only rang about half a dozen times!  I stuck around until 12:30 just in case we got the internet back but we never did! I am all for an early dismissal!

After leaving work I stopped back home to change and then since I had the afternoon unexpectedly off I ran up to the Plainfield Rail Trail to check on the chippy!  It was weird being up there without Richard!  I put some peanuts and seeds out for the chippy but didn't see him/her.  It's probably too cold for it to be out of it's warm burrow. 

Since I still hadn't taken a single picture I returned home and put out some peanuts for my own squirrels and birds.  This Tufted Titmouse was just about the only thing to come around.  

No Collage Wednesday for me today as I took less than 12 pictures in total!
