A patch of sun.

A dull grey day today which didn't matter too much to me as I spent it in front of my computer at work composing a "Stakeholder survey" and rewriting our "Statement of Purpose". I did need the light on all day though. To be fair this could partly be due to the scaffolding outside my window and the fact that our two handymen keep walking past the window. (Quite disconcerting as we are on the second floor until I remember !) Anyway at one point I glanced out of the window and the clouds had parted and there was a patch of sunshine glinting off the water ! It didn't last but it was nice while it did !
