For Richard Haas

I know Richard likes the look of this dish in Rosso Intenso which is the highlight of my transit through Rome Airport Terminal E on my way to Cairo - there is another fish dish in another place in Terminal B which I always enjoy on the way back!

It'd be great to share a table here with Richard and, who knows, such are the ways of blip and his itineracy that that may happen one day.  Then, he can pick the accompanying musical degustation backdrop!
