I thought there was maybe a bit more snow to come this morning but it’s turned into a beautiful day for 1st February. I’m never sorry to see the back of January so moving into Feb. is always welcome. I’m getting back into routine with yoga tonight. I’ve only been once this year so I expect to feel it tomorrow.

Thank you for all the positive comments on the photograph of my great, great, great grandmother yesterday. I’m making some enquiries about restoration of glass photos and will keep you updated. I’ve unearthed a few other treasures today which might well feature in future blips. These include another glass photograph and some very old studio scenes of my ancestors. Fascinating stuff.
