Crewe has a large, thriving, edge of town retail park with a free car park. The Town Centre has a pay & display car park & lots of empty vacant units.
The large retail park could be anywhere, the town centre has a mix of buildings & real character but seems in terminal decline.
Generic blandness wins again.
