Stonehaven

We were travelling North today and stopped for a (very late) lunch (aka sandwich and coffee in the car) at Stonehaven. It was a very wild day. It is still blowing a gale, but we are nice and snug in a converted net store on the Moray coast.  Getting to the location was full of adventure in a village that is basically a cliff. I expect fabulous sunrises (ha!).
The day started with a presentation at the Seabird Centre for their recent photographic competition, for which I earned a 'Highly Commended' and a lovely voucher (extra)
