Sweet Sixteen!!

E turned sixteen today. Am slightly flabbergasted by that. Time flies.
Anyway, poor thing is poorly and she's had to stay home the past couple days. Did presents in the morning and she was pleased with her haul. Phone, money, suitcase and books.
She also got me some flowers! That's carrying on my tradition, of buying my mum flowers on my birthday... after having my own children, I realised what birthdays entail! It was very sweet of her.

S got her braces fitted. Purple train track ones. Everything went well, though they were aching enough by evening, that she declined any birthday cake!
S also had her GCSE options evening. She's got to decide by early March. Biggest debate seems to history vs geography.
