ABC- it so easy !

ABC -
A few years ago when  I was not sleeping very well I used to go through as many US states  I could name starting with A .......... I used to be asleep by Rhode Island .
With this cold I am awake again and suddenly  I thought - groups!!!! - make a nice colourful blip too .This should get me back to sleep -  by Roxy Music I hope ?
