Spent the morning sorting all my flowers; I have 9 vases full! I put up cards and put away presents. Charged my new dyson handheld hoover and blitzed the flat.

I then went out to Newhailes Estate and walked round the grounds, a lovely place. Into Café Nero for a late lunch then home.

A lot has being going round my head connected with birthdays, life and death, Dad, Grandma. I'm all a bit mixed up. I feel guilty for having a nice day yesterday and want to punish myself.
