Capacity

I had no blips for today and I have missed a few recently so I cropped one I took at school to use.

I have spent the last 3 nights on the sofa after I have woken having a coughing fit, and have not been able to sleep again. So I am feeling pretty wiped out. I arrived at school to be told my teacher was sick and I was taking the class. We got through the day!! And, yes, I had the group outside to do capacity.... and it was blooming freezing.

I’m also going to attempt to do Skeena’s mono month challenge.... let’s hope I remember to take some photos ;-D
