Cristelle

Christelle is from the Cameroun. She is in her final year studying hotel management in Bury College, and invited Sarah and myself to celebrate Sarah's forthcoming 60th birthday with a delicious and very filling lunch created, cooked and served by the students. 
We are su proud of Christelle, a young woman who has overcome a history in her home country that does not bear telling. Now she is on the way to making a new life in the UK. So many refugees and asylum seekers are making a real contribution to our society, and we should be grateful for their presence here.
