#100days - '58: Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo

1958 saw the release of Vertigo, one of Hitchcock's most perturbing movies. It is frequently proclaimed as a classic, topping or close to topping many critics' all-time greatest film lists. I prefer Rear Window or North By Northwest, but there is no shortage of things to admire in Vertigo.

This blip is a detail from the Bernard Hermann soundtrack album, featuring the iconic movie poster image (by Saul Bass?).
