Love it or hate it....?

Hairdressers, not the statue.

I am firmly in the 'hate it' camp. I find the whole thing excruciatingly uncomfortable and a complete waste of time, filled with forced and inane conversation. So spending an hour and a half there this evening and then being charged £73 for the prvilege when I even DRIED MY OWN HAIR was purgatory. I'd be very happy if I could get by without ever having to go to the hairdressers again like that's going to happen any time soon.

I do know however, that not everyone feels the same way as me. I have one friend who goes religiously every week and her idea of luxury would be to go every day. She is must be bonkers.

I pass this life size bronze Man on A Horse by Elisabeth Frink when I'm in Winchester. The autumn leaves set it off beautifully.
