Before 'The Rain'.

My property that lays on the east end, is forested. The old foundation of the former drive shed, where they used to keep the horses when the local folks attended church still erupts from the ground in a lovely square shape.
I have often thought that it would be a nice peaceful place to have a simple bench and a shade garden, but have never undertaken the task. The need to up keep the other gardens is too great for me to consider more at this time.
A visual pleasantry to the eye are the maples that grow unattended in this area when the fall season passes through.
