No camping

The other side, facing the street, is in English. There's a small island between streets at an intersection here where homeless people had started to camp. In the last two years, three large apartment buildings have been built surrounding this intersection. I am not sure, but I think the homeless would camp on the lots where the apartments are now.

The city recently passed an ordinance making it illegal to sleep there. They barricaded it recently after complaints from people in the apartment towers.
