A Sloe Update.

I only wish we had some form of Smell-O-Blip so you could all experience how amazingly sweet this sloe gin smells now. Shame it's another month before the tasting can begin.

Emily is away this weekend which means I have my normal ritual of a big juicy steak hung for at least 21 days. Being the son of a butcher I do love a good steak but Emily is a vegetarian so I never cook one while she's here. I was going to blip it for you all to see but the sauce didn't look as good as it tasted so you'll have to put up with the gin for today.
