Henry's Pad

Today we took a trip to Hampton Court Palace - the home of Henry VIII.
This is one of the grandest historic buildings in the UK and a magnificent place to be a tourist.

The palace has 1,000 rooms, the largest garden maze in the UK, the oldest grape vine in the world and utterly spectacular gardens.

It was the chimney pots that caught my attention. Everywhere I looked, there seemed to be these amazing twisting chimneys spouting out of the palace.
