13yo was filming again, so after dropping him off 10yo & I did the circuit down the river to the aqueduct and back along the canal.

I took my film SLR out again, so 10yo found ourselves swapping between that and my usual. We took a few shots of the weir, and of the rowing club out on the river and then noticed these nice curved shadow trees climbing the pasture to our right. I think this one was taken by 10yo with a tiny shadow selfie to bottom right.

Later, we spotted some Redwings and a couple of Fieldfare on the Salts FC pitches, but no Kingfishers today.
